- Cobb Parking Deck like most decks on campus requires a swipe-in card and permit Mondays-Friday from 7:30am-5:00pm. This is not a pay lot - you need a permit and swipe-in card on weekdays. Gate raises during evenings and on weekends, though this will change in fall 2019 as UNC introduces nighttime parking fees.
